Submit a Return Request

You can submit a return request through your customer account by following the steps below.

1. Sign in to your account

  1. Click the account or profile icon in the store menu.

  2. Enter the email address used to place your order and click Continue.

  3. Check your email for a message from our store containing a six-digit verification code.

  4. Return to the store and enter the verification code to access your account.

2. Request a return

  1. Find the order containing the item you want to return.

  2. Click Request return.

  3. Select the item or items you want to return.

  4. Choose a reason for the return.

  5. Add any relevant notes or additional information.

  6. Click Request return to submit your request.

What happens next?

We will review your return request and notify you by email once it has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved and the items need to be shipped back, you will receive an email with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
