DOMESTIC RETURNS

• Enjoy complimentary domestic returns for a full refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned beyond this period won't be accepted. To initiate a return, please emailcustomercare@alicekathleenco.com
• Full-priced items qualify for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Sale items are considered FINAL SALE, exempt from return or exchange. No exceptions apply, and promotional codes can't be applied to sale items. Price adjustments or partial refunds for orders made prior to promotions are not extended.
• Swimwear must be returned in its original condition, with packaging, tags, and hygienic liners attached.
• Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery to customer service.
• Alice Kathleen & Company reserves the right to reject returns not complying with our policy.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Note that your bank may require additional processing time (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
Direct exchanges aren't accommodated. For an exchange, please return your order and place a new one.

PROCESSING
Orders are processed upon item availability and credit card verification. Any backorders or issues prompt an email from customer service.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
No price adjustments are offered on any purchases.
