What payment methods do you accept?

Alice Kathleen & Company accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • ShopPay Installments: Available for orders over $30
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal
  • ShopPay

What is your return policy?

Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?

Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to customercare@alicekathleenco.com if you need assistance with this.

What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We do apologize should this happen! Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this!

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.

What is the shipping timing for pre-order items?

Pre-orders are orders placed in advance of our inventory arriving to us. All pre-order items will ship immediately after our production stock arrives to us. Please see the item's description if the stock is available for immediate shipping.
