Care Instructions
How do I take care of the pieces?
Machine wash cold with like colors inside out on gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. Cool iron when needed.
Do you personalize pieces?
We're not able to do custom pieces at this time.
Delivery & Returns
DOMESTIC RETURNS
- Enjoy complimentary domestic returns for a full refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned beyond this period won't be accepted. To initiate a return, please emailcustomercare@alicekathleenco.com
- Full-priced items qualify for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Sale items are considered FINAL SALE, exempt from return or exchange. No exceptions apply, and promotional codes can't be applied to sale items. Price adjustments or partial refunds for orders made prior to promotions are not extended.
- Swimwear must be returned in its original condition, with packaging, tags, and hygienic liners attached.
- Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery to customer service.
- Alice Kathleen & Company reserves the right to reject returns not complying with our policy.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Note that your bank may require additional processing time (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Direct exchanges aren't accommodated. For an exchange, please return your order and place a new one. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us. Our customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm est.
Orders
Discount Codes
If you have a valid discount code please enter it at checkout. Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to customercare@alicekathleenco.com if you need assistance with this.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
No price adjustments are offered on any purchases.
PROCESSING
Orders are processed upon item availability and credit card verification. Any backorders or issues prompt an email from customer service.
